We have put in place sanitary procedures and we are committed to respecting our Health Charter for a Serene Stay which we have established with our group of mutual aid Maison d'hôtes and Chambres d'Hôtes.

Before your arrival
In each room we disinfect to ensure that you arrive in a healthy environment.
We have chosen to use Sanytol products (bleach-free, which are 99% bactericidal, virucidal and yeast free according to the EN 14476 standard) and traditional bleach :
The surfaces and sanitary facilities are washed and disinfected, the WC and bathroom are cleaned, descaled and disinfected with the bathroom disinfectant cleaner.Curtains, pillows, rugs and carpets are disinfected by spraying with a disinfectant deodorant.Our linen is washed at 60 degrees with the disinfectant detergent.We no longer clean the floor with a hoover, but use a wet sweep with our floor and carpet disinfectant.Mops, mops, cleaning cloths are changed and washed after each use at 60 degrees and dried in the open air.During your stay, in our common areas, the cleaning and disinfection of door handles and switches is done several times a day with the Hydro alcoholic solution (WHO standard) for your safety.In the bedrooms, a hand disinfecting gel is available in the bathroom.

An arrival time will be agreed with you in order to welcome you while respecting social distancing.
We count on everyone to respect this arrival time that we will have decided together.
We are here to welcome you without shaking hands but the smile is there, rest assured!

We have replaced our paper welcome booklet with a plastic card (disinfected before your arrival) in each room: You will find how to access our digital welcome booklet as well as essential information.
We are obliged to remove all of our tourist information, which would be impossible to disinfect, from our digital Welcome Booklet.
As always, we are at your disposal to advise you about places to visit or activities to do.

During your stay
During your stay we will not go to your room. If your stay is longer than 3 nights, we will make arrangements with you. We ask you to leave your rubbish bins outside your room each morning for us to empty and disinfect them.
At your request, we can change your bathroom linen and toilet paper.
Breakfast is served at a single table in front of the Cabanons and on the outside terrace. In case of rain, breakfast times will be arranged with you to respect social distancing.
Tables and seats are cleaned and disinfected before each breakfast. Cutlery and glasses are cleaned and disinfected with bleach.
We therefore recommend that you continue to respect, as we do, all the hygiene rules recommended and issued by the Ministry of Health, in order to guarantee everyone's safety.
Regular hand washing (the hydro-alcoholic solution is at your disposal in your room) is recommended.
We will persevere with vigilance in the disinfection of the common areas to ensure a serene stay for everyone.
